Hypnotism: I don’t know how it does it or how it works, but I have heard that you can be helped to stop some very nasty habits using hypnotism. So, if it can work for weight loss, why shouldn’t it be able to work for smoking? I’d try it at least to see how it will work, or not; after all, there’s no side effect. I know also that you don’t think you can quit because the darned thing is so addictive. Sure, but you can look for a professional to help you through the process. If you find someone who knows how to bring it about, good for you. But don’t forget that the longer it takes you to stop smoking, the closer you are moving to your grave.
